We visited this place as part of the Chettinad Heritage tour organised by M/s Mantra Yatra. Very human intensive production unit. All the items are hand made. There are some wonderful sweets, savouries. Pickles, preserves and curry powders processed here. The place was very clean and hygienic.

It is a must visit place to understand the effort it takes to make just a small portion of snacks and to understand the craft behind it. This is their factory and they have a outlet in the town too. Factory visit with permission from owners only. Also due to hygiene policy the trip will be very short. The Owners are very sweet and very humble. Their story is very very inspiring. They effort they have taken to make it stand as what it is today is humbling.

Chettinad snacks are very good here. Quality is top-notch. Must try place in Karaikudi. They also have the facility to courier the snacks.

Loved the taste fresh n crispy must buy when u r there

My life partner ordered at Soundaram’s select items such as Murukku, Seedai, Manoharam for this festive season(October 2024). Order was placed over phone. Payment done through UPI. Items ordered were neatly packed by Soundaram’s to avoid damage during transit and were delivered promptly. Snacks were fresh and tasty, thoroughly enjoyed by both Adults and Children. Must try snacks that are value for money.

Excellent snacks - Purchased Adhirasam, Seepu murukku and Thattai All were excellent with correct salt and sugar levels. Flavours were excellent

Their thenkuzhal is just awesome. closes dot at 8.00 am.adiradam too fine. kai-murukku I like Grand snacks better than down south taste.But close your eyes n order thenkuzhal.i did not buy anything other than these three. But other items were hot selling too.podi varities are there too

The quality of snacks is very good. It is much better than the snacks we buy from the chain of snack shops across Tamil Nadu. I ordered their snacks from trichy and got it delivered the very next day via ST Courier. They packed all the snack packs meticulously with bubble wrap and newspapers. Great job 👏🏻

Bought suthu muruku, adhirasam, small seedai, idli and murungai podi. Boxing was really good and packed neatly without any breakage. Taste is really good. Price is Lil high but worth for the authentic taste and the efforts for making snacks.

Taste and quality is top notch. My go-to place in Karaikudi for purchasing snacks.
