SHIPPING POLICY: Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All our snacks and sweets are prepared fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and taste.

• Preparation Time: Please allow 1 business day for the preparation and packing of your order.
• Domestic (India): Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after the preparation period.
• International: Shipments are typically delivered within 4-8 business days via our international logistics partners.
• Note: Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

2. SHIPPING ORIGIN & CARRIERS

All orders are shipped from our facility in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. We partner with Delhivery and other reliable national carriers to ensure your snacks reach you crisp and fresh.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

4. SHIPPING RATES & LIMITATIONS

• Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated based on weight slabs (up to 10kg) and delivery zones (Tamil Nadu vs. Rest of India).
• Bulk Orders (10kg+): Orders exceeding 10kg are considered bulk shipments. The website will not process these orders automatically. Please contact our WhatsApp support at +91 96868 93924 for a custom shipping quote and specialized logistics.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DAMAGES & UNBOXING POLICY

We take utmost care in packing our products to prevent breakage.

• Liability: Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we assist in claims with the carrier if the package is insured.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any claim regarding missing items or wrong products, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
• Reporting: Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to support@soundaramssnacks.inwithin 24 hours of delivery with the video evidence.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We facilitate international shipping through third-party export partners. While we ensure the product leaves our Karaikudi facility in perfect condition, Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks is not liable for delays caused by international customs or destination-country import regulations. All import duties must be borne by the recipient.
