2. YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within a very limited window due to our fresh preparation process.

  • Deadline: You must cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Shipping Rule: No cancellation is possible once the product has been prepared or shipped, even if it is within the 2-hour window.
  • Cancellation Fees: A 3% fee on the total transaction value will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

As we deal with fresh food products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for health, hygiene, and safety reasons. Once a food item leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or resold.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY (UNAVOIDABLE SITUATIONS)

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following specific "Unavoidable Situations":

  1. Non-Availability: If a seasonal or specific item is out of stock after you place an order.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered: If the items received do not match your order invoice.
  3. Damaged in Transit: If the product is received in a physically damaged condition.

5. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To be eligible for a refund or replacement in case of damage or wrong delivery:

  • You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer courier seal.
  • Any claims made without a supporting unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund is approved (due to non-availability or proven damage), we will reimburse You no later than 7-10 working days from the day on which the issue is verified. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

7. GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, any approved refund for damage will be issued as a credit for a future purchase. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser's payment method.
