Our Maa Urundai, also known as Maladu, is the ultimate "no-cook" delicacy, traditionally made as a quick, nutritious snack by Aachis. It's crafted from just perfect ingredients: roasted moong dhal, powdered fine, rich melted ghee and sugar. These elements are hand-rolled into "urundais" (laddus) while still warm. The result is a soft, fudgy, and nutty-tasting sweet that melts in your mouth.
