TERMS OF USE: Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the soundaramssnacks.in website. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us. You are granted a limited license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. PRODUCTS & SHELF LIFE

• Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our snacks accurately. However, your electronic display may vary.
• Shelf Life: Customers acknowledge that most of our products are perishable and have a shelf life of 30 days from the date of manufacture. It is the customer's responsibility to store products in a cool, dry place as per the packaging instructions.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

• Prepaid Only: We operate on a 100% Prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Pricing: All payments shall be in INR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

5. SHIPPING & BULK ORDERS

• Origin: All shipments originate from Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu.
• Weight Limits: Our automated shipping rates apply only to orders up to 10kg.
• Bulk Orders: Any order exceeding 10kg is classified as a "Bulk Order." The Site will prevent direct checkout for these orders. Customers must contact our team via WhatsApp to finalize specialized logistics and shipping quotes.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we follow a Strict No-Return and No-Cancellation Policy, with the following exceptions:

• Unavoidable Situations (Stock/Seasonal): If you order a seasonal product that is currently unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock issues, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the start of the opening of the package.
• Timeframe: Any discrepancy must be reported to support@soundaramssnacks.inwithin 24 hours of delivery.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Site for any unauthorized purpose, including:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a database.
• Circumventing security features.
• Using the Site to advertise or sell competing goods.

8. SITE MANAGEMENT & PRIVACY

We reserve the right to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms and to manage the Site to protect our rights and property. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Soundaram’s Chettinad Sweets and Snacks and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Karaikudi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
