We craft this powder by slow-roasting a precise blend of coriander seeds, lentils (dals), red chilies, fenugreek, and other secret spices until they are deeply aromatic. This blend is then ground to create a masala that is not just spicy, but also has the rich, savory, and tangy undertones that a perfect sambar requires.

It’s the only masala you'll need to create a deeply satisfying, flavorful, and authentic sambar every single time. It's also a wonderful base for various "kaara kuzhambu" and vegetable curries.
