These are the classic "poppers" of the Chettinad kitchen! Each perfectly round, bite-sized ball is crafted from rice flour and urad dal, seasoned with fresh coconut and cumin. They are then fried to a perfect golden-brown, making them incredibly light, airy, and crispy.
